EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER FOR THE LEARNERS OF THE MUSTADAFIN FOUNDATION

Thirty (30) of our learners were given the opportunity to visit the South African Museum and the Cape Town Gardens on the 18th May 2017.

The learners were accompanied by four of their peers. Their day was filled with fun  educational activities  in the Museum and in the gardens. Each child got the opportunity to hold the Tarantula spider and to look through the Microscope for the first time.

Astonished by their surroundings, even to the hand-dryer was a new discovery to them.

” The children were stunned by everything they saw and experienced. It was a great opportunity for these children to learn about the history of Cape Town, to see life outside Tafelsig.” said Mr Adams, Psychologist at the Foundation.

At the end of the day while enjoying the lovely garden scenery, the kids chowed on lovely lunch and received a generous individual who bought all the kids Candy Floss
